THE BMH FOUNDATION’S
Annual
Meeting is a special time for recogniz-
ing the eforts of its members.
Sue Fillmore
was surprised to re-
ceive the annual Spirit of Giving Award
given by the BMH Foundation Board of
Trustees. Sue is always volunteering to
help and understands the true meaning
of philanthropy. We hope she appreci-
ates how much her own gifts to support
BMH—fnancial and otherwise—truly
make a diference and set a wonderful
example throughout the hospital.
Tei Tober
was elected to join the
Foundation Board of Trustees and will
be serving her frst three-year term. A
native of Travelers Rest, SC, Tei has a
background in nonproft healthcare
development as well as a close con-
nection to Beaufort Memorial through
her husband, J. Chadwick Tober, MD,
recently elected BMH Chief of Staf.
Also recognized were departing
trustees Sarah Dyson, Herb Jarvis,
Vicki Mix, Chuck Schaller and Leigh
Stone. Tey were all thanked for their
service to the BMH Foundation. Teir
eforts have resulted in key relation-
ships and philanthropic support for the
hospital.
Liz Malinowski was elected trea-
surer of the foundation, replacing retir-
ing trustee Chuck Schaller.
